I have it for 2 years know and still in perfect shape, zipper are great, straps too, the size its just perfect it not too big and not too small, I can fit my laptop, mi 5D or 50D with battery grip, my 17-35mm 2.8L, my 70-200mm L, 2 flashes, my 50mm, cleaning kit, chargers and still have space inside for more lenses, filters, accessories and a bottle of water on the side or an small umbrella.

I have had this bag now for over 2 years and I have used it a ton! I've used it for:

Day trips - when I wanted to bring the camera but also had my wallet, keys, and other items;
Hiking - perfectly fits SLR in main camera pocket, as well as P&S in large pocket. There are also plenty of pockets for other items like chargers and misc. cables.
Work - I am in the user research field and I travel to different markets doing interviews. I often carry a couple cameras, a camcorder, a tripod, tons of batteries, a laptop, and cords out the butt. They all fit nicely and someone I was able to keep it all organized.
Travel - We took this thing through Europe! This was our day pack that carried cameras, snacks, ID's, and money. We did ALOT of walking and it wasnt to cumbersome or sweaty.

This rucksack is still going strong to this day. Looking forward to expanding on its many uses.

I bought this gift for my girlfriend for Christmas. She search high and low for this bag for her camera equiment since she was starting a new hobby for photograpy. She fell in loved with it.
